Answering our inner call is all about going the way that's been carved for us in life.

Freedom of choice allows us to redirect that path, even though we somehow end up getting where we need to go.

Our choice, however, determines the course we travel and experiences we get along the way. It's sort of like we're allowed to choose the easy way, or the hard way.

Nevertheless, there is a path prepared for us to travel. That path is not always obvious, and often is like a dry creek bed, hard to discern and harder to travel.

But we have to trust that it is there. And most of all, to have the strength, determination and faith to follow it when we find it, despite whatever obstacles life puts before us.

If you question your inner voice or where it's leading you, or are ready to throw your hands up in frustration because that path isn't paved with gold, don't give up.
